The Darndest Things This Kid Says

Since Chloe has been keeping us in stitches over here, I thought I'd share some of what she says with you all, along with some newer pictures for my Mother-in-law.She did her hair all by herself!
She got to go on a mini golf date with Mommy and Daddy.
Playing in the waves with Daddy.
Our little sand princess!
Our little Angel.

So it's somewhat of a tradition at our house that at least every other Saturday Chloe and Trevor make breakfast. I love it because 1) I don't have to make it myself, and 2) I love when the two of them get silly together which happens pretty much everytime! Last month, after they made breakfast we decided to eat it in bed (ours) and watch a movie (Backyardigans I believe). After Chloe finished eating, she jumped off the bed and in all seriousness said, "If I had one big finger to hold here(held up right hand) and another big finger to hold here(held up left hand) then I could swiiiiiing(does a not so little hip/pelvic swing) and all my 'ploblems' would be all gone"!!!!

When she was upset at me for something I was told, "Mommy when you were little and I was big I was mad at you and I went 'aghhhh'(sigh of exasperation I always do)".

While playing with her baby Thomas doll "I'm Thomas' mommy and my name is Cindi cuz I'm his mommy and that's what he named me and your name is Cindi cuz your my mommy and we match and Thomas' daddy isn't here right now cuz he's coming later in 2 hours." I asked what her Thomas' Daddy was named thinking that logically he would share the same name as hers. "His name is Russ."

She likes to have birthday parties with the little plastic cake she has. On one of her birthdays she blew out the pretend candles. I told her there was one left and asked who her boyfriend was. Her response, "My Daddy!"

While watching me get ready to go out, "Mommy some day when I'm big like you I'll play with big girl toys and I'll wear a bra!!"

The other day we were waiting in our new truck for Trevor and I heard her having this conversation with herself.
"Amma your are a very bad girl so now you have to go to ABC (BC)!!!"
"Don't worry Gramps, She's not a very bad girl, she just isn't listening very good and you need a holiday anyways."

The other day while we were out with Mom she said another one, but I cannot remember it for the life of me. Mom if you remember, let me know. Hope you all enjoyed a tiny bit of the hilarity that is my daughter!!

I loved reading this post! Isn't toddler age so fun!
I always said that I would write all of those things down and I don't write enough of them down. Sometimes I don't even stop to think about how precious those little words are.

I haven't been reading blogs all that much lately, nor have I been posting much until recently. But I just wanted to say that this is HILARIOUS!! She is so funny, some of the things that she says.
