The promised post

Well, I couldn't find the cord for our camera so I'll let you all know that there are no new pictures yet. That being said, we are LOVING our new home. We have at least twice as much room as we did in our Winnipeg place, plus we have a nice sized yard to use! And use it we do. My mom lent us her little slide for Chloe to use and we have bought her a little sandbox and a swimming pool. The pool has come in especially handy since summer has officially arrived! The other day Chloe was out there by 9:30am. I woke her up at 9:15! To say she loves it is an understatement! We are loving living so close to Mom and Dad (Amma and Gramps) too. It is so nice to be able to load Chloe into her stroller or wagon and walk down the street to visit! We have decided to continue attending MAC even though they are lacking some of the programs we want in our church (mainly a mom's Bible study and some sort of bible training for Chloe). Instead, I will be talking to our pastor and hopefully be able to have something in place for the fall. I'm excited to do the work to set this up! There are a lot of moms of young kids in our church so I'm sure they'll both fly! It's nice to be able to reconnect with old friends, but we sure miss our friends out there! (You know who you are! Remember, we have 2X the space and would love company!) Work for Trevor has officially taken off. He's going to be so busy he won't know what to do with himself! We're especially glad that he's got lots of work because we're planning a trip to New York for our Anniversary. We never went on a honeymoon so we figured that since Chloe's old enough to stay with Amma and Gramps for a week we'd go to celebrate 5 years. We're really looking forward to going. We're planning it so that we can go watch a NFL game. It'll be a good one too! The Cowboys at the Giants!! We've even found a place that we'd really like to stay! It should be fun! On a completely different note, I'm going to be making my blog private. I've been tracking my blog traffic for the last couple of months and I'm not a fan of how many people that I don't know are looking at pictures of my little girl.
