You know how when you have to go through something that isn't all that pleasant, people tell you to go to your happy place? Well, this is mine! I also got to live it out in real life this afternoon! It's an hour and a half that I think I could live forever!

Chloe wanted to build a snowman, so since it's so close to Easter we made a Easter bunny!

He has lettuce for ears, broccoli for eyes, carrots for his nose and buttons, asparagus for arms, and yellow/orange pepper for a mouth! She is pretty proud of him!

Then we headed to Graffiti Park! She was very excited that she could reach the steering wheel!

This was her last June. She's grown a LOT in the last 9 months!

Sitting in the playhouse!

Going down the slide.

My camera has this multi shot feature so you can get the whole sequence of events!

Have I mentioned that I LOVE my new camera?!

Climbing onto a bench. She had to do it by herself. That's a common occurance around here. Very seldom does she ask for help!

Sitting on the bench! I love the character the graffitied bench adds!

Walking ahead and looking SO grown up!

Walking through the deep snow. No hand holding allowed!

My sweet little snow flake!

She had to walk on the grass. She thought this must be Amma's house because when we were there she got to walk on some grass too! She wasn't too pleased with me when I wouldn't let her go to the door to see Amma and Gramps.

The Easter bunny on his own!

She had to stop and say hi to him before we went inside!

My little Miss Independent. Notice the nice little path in the background? She couldn't walk on it. It was "too easy for her"!
Needless to say, we had a wonderful afternoon! As long as the weather is good, we're going to have another on Friday with Daddy too! I can't wait!

LOL. I see why it's called graffiti park. Ha ha ha.
Love her snowsuit so much. It looks so nice in the pictures with the colors of the veggies. I think the one of her saying hello to it before she went inside is my favorite shot.
This post makes me think we need to do our snowman over again... This one kid sized with decorations ready to go. (We just used sticks and dry leaves for our last one. Not nearly as pretty as yours.)
We have sticks, but not really any leaves we could use and no acorns. Otherwise I would've just used that.
The only reason he's little person sized is because it was really nice yesterday, and not quite nice enough today so the snow was all crystally. I couldn't make him any bigger! I also missed getting a picture of Chloe practically dropkicking the first mound we made!
That is so cute! I have never seen a snow Easter bunny before. I also love the one of her saying 'hi' before going in. I also think her hat is pretty cute.
